Morning Worship - Lord's Day Service 10:30 am. Our worship services are very simple and for first time vistors it may come as somewhat of a shock to not see "worship teams" and the sort of thing. We stick to the basics; public reading of the scriptures, song selections form the book of Psalms and public prayers all designed to bring us to the climax of our worship, the preaching of the gospel from the Holy word of God.
Afternoon Outreach Service -Lord's Day Chapel Service 2:00 pm. This is our missions work. We hold these services at Venta Care Center Seniors Home. God has granted us the amazing opportunity to bring the gospel a large number of souls at the center. This is an integral part of the vision here at  the Shelter. May God grant us more missions opportunities like this one.

Weekly Meeting - Prayer/Psalm Sing. Fridays 7:00pm. We are to encourage and build one another up in the faith at all times. This is what our weekly meetings are amied at.

Breakfast Prayer Meetings - Prayer/Teaching. Saturdays 10:00 am/brunch. These meetings are held once per month and are the place where we gather as families for fellowship and prayer.
Monthly Lunch Meeting - Last Lord's Day of every month. Once per month we stay after service for a lunch and fellowship. This is where the "warm Christian fellowship" comes in. Our ladies all throw in together and we enjoy great food and christian community.

Summer Camp

Our first family camp was a great success. Pastor John Marcus of the First Protestant Reformed Church of Edmonton was our guest speaker and the messages ("The Rod and Reproof "& "Nurturing your Children") were timley and challenging. We gathered at the Bethel Bible camp just north of Westlock Alberta(Click here for camp info). Check back for pictures of the camp and please consider joing us for nest years Labor Day long weekend camp.
